Five cities. One local market, worked closely.
Sapphire Realty is based in Ontario, California, and works most often in the western Inland Empire — Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Chino in San Bernardino County, and Riverside next door. These five pages are the core local coverage, not a limit: the licence covers California, and nearby cities come up often. Each page explains what the place is like, what buyers and sellers there should understand, and where to search — written from primary sources, not rankings.
Area pages carry facts published by cities, counties, transit agencies and the state, each with its source listed. No home prices, appreciation, days on market, school ratings or crime figures.

How we define coverage
How we define the area we serve
Plainly, so you know what to expect before you get in touch. This is a working model, not a boundary on a map.
Sapphire Realty and its broker-associate are licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, so we can legally represent you anywhere in California. Licence is not the same as local knowledge, which is why we publish area pages only for cities we work regularly.
Area pages carry facts published by cities, counties, transit agencies and the state, each with its source listed. We do not publish home prices, appreciation, days on market, school ratings or crime figures here. Current listings and prices are in the property search, live from the MLS.
Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Chino and Riverside are the cities where we spend most of our time. Nearby cities — across the western Inland Empire — come up often too; we take those on when we can serve you well and say so when we cannot.
We add an area page when we have enough real experience there to write something useful — not to fill a map. If a city you care about is missing, ask; the answer may simply be that we know it well but have not written it up yet.
