Who we are
Sapphire Realty is a California real estate brokerage based at 3400 Inland Empire Blvd, Suite 101, Ontario, CA 91764. “We” and “us” in this policy mean Sapphire Realty. Our office phone is (909) 244-9047.
Information you give us
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into one of its three forms or share when you call or email us. The forms ask for:
- Contact form — first name, last name (optional), email, phone (optional), the topic you are asking about, a property address if your question is about a specific home (optional), and your message.
- Property inquiry / showing request — whether you want to ask a question or request a showing, first name, last name (optional), email, phone, the property address or MLS number, your preferred day and time window (optional), and any message.
- Seller inquiry — first name, last name (optional), email, phone (optional), the property address (optional), what you would like to talk about, your timing (optional), and any message.
Each form also records the page it was sent from so we know which part of the site you were using. Nothing is required beyond the fields marked with an asterisk.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted by Webflow, Inc. Like any web host, Webflow’s servers receive standard technical information when your browser requests a page — your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — and keep it in server logs to deliver and protect the site. Webflow processes that data under its own privacy policy, available at webflow.com/legal/privacy. We do not currently run analytics software, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on this site, so we do not build profiles of visitors or follow you to other websites.
How we use the information
We use what you send us to do the thing you asked: answer your question, arrange or confirm a showing, talk with you about buying or selling, and keep a record of that conversation. Sending a form gives us permission to contact you about your inquiry. It is not consent to marketing messages, and we do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing text messages. If we ever offer newsletters or other marketing, we will ask for that permission separately.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. The people and companies that may handle your information are:
- Webflow, Inc., which hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf until we retrieve them.
- Sapphire Realty’s licensed agents and staff, who read and respond to inquiries.
- Professionals involved in a transaction — for example an escrow or title company, a lender or an inspector — but only once you have engaged us and only as needed for your transaction, with your knowledge.
- Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect the rights or safety of Sapphire Realty or others.
We plan to connect the forms to a customer-relationship system and automation service so that inquiries reach us faster. When that happens we will name the providers here and update the effective date. Until then, form submissions live only in Webflow and in our own email and files.
The property search
The property search is a tool provided by the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) and displayed on our site in a frame. When you use it, your browser talks directly to CRMLS’s servers (matrix.crmls.org), which may set their own cookies and collect information under CRMLS’s own policies. We do not receive information about what you view in the search unless you choose to send us an inquiry about a property. Optional features inside the search, such as saving favorites, are offered by CRMLS, not by us.
Cookies and tracking
Sapphire Realty does not set analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver the site, and the CRMLS search frame may set its own. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, there is nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off, and we do not currently respond to those signals. If we add analytics in future, we will describe the tool, the cookies it sets and how to opt out here before it goes live.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we are working with you and for the period afterwards that California real-estate record-keeping rules require for transaction files — currently three years for most records under the Business and Professions Code. Inquiries that never become a transaction are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your choices” below); we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are stored by Webflow in access-controlled systems; within Sapphire Realty only the people who need to answer your inquiry see it. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive financial details, identification numbers or account information through the forms — we will ask for anything like that through a secure channel when a transaction actually needs it.
Your choices and California privacy rights
Whatever the size of the business, we think you should be able to see and control what we hold about you. You may ask us at any time what personal information we have collected from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will respond within a reasonable time after confirming it is you. We will not treat you differently for asking.
The California Consumer Privacy Act applies to businesses above certain size and data thresholds. Sapphire Realty is a small brokerage and does not sell or share personal information for advertising, which is why this site has no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. If our practices or the law change in a way that gives you additional rights, we will describe them here and tell you how to use them. Children
This website is for adults looking to buy or sell property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our guides and area pages link to city, county, state and other sources so you can check facts for yourself. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we post the new version here with a new effective date at the top. Material changes — such as adding analytics or connecting a new service provider — will be noted in the relevant section so you can see what changed.
